Sean Minter is the founder and CEO of AmplifAI Solutions Inc, an industry leading Performance Acceleration Platform that leverages the power of AI to improve sales and service performance for Enterprise Clients. AmplifAI's data-driven approach accelerates performance by delivering personalized insights and actions across the enterprise resulting in dramatically improved business outcomes. AmplifAI uses its patent pending methodology to understand the behaviors of its clients’ high performing employees and actively engage with the workforce to replicate those behaviors across the entire organization thus maximizing the capabilities and performance of both the employees and business.

Sean is a successful serial entrepreneur who has started and led multiple companies to exits over the last twenty years. He is actively engaged in the Texas startup ecosystem being on the Board of the Blackstone Launchpad at University of Texas at Dallas, Executive Council of the University of Texas at Dallas Jonsson School of Engineering and an active mentor and investor with the Capital Factory.

Prior to founding AmplifAI, Sean worked with Diamond Castle, a $4B PE Fund, where he was brought in as President and COO of PRC Inc to turnaround the BPO with over 10,000 employees worldwide and over $300m in revenues. After 4 years of a successful turnaround, PRC was sold to Alorica Inc.

He lives in Dallas Texas with his wife and son.
