Bob is co­founder and CEO of StackEngine. StackEngine builds software to help organizations deploy, manage, automate, and scale resilient Docker applications. Bob is a serial entrepreneur and a veteran of nine startups which have resulted in seven acquisitions and an IPO. Previous to StackEngine as CEO of CopperEgg, he led the company to an acquisition by Idera in 2013 after growing revenue 20x, expanding the customer base 10x, and releasing ground­breaking cloud­based application performance monitoring software. Idera itself was recently acquired by TA Associates. Prior to CopperEgg, Bob was CMO of virtualization management leader Hyper9, acquired by SolarWinds in 2012. Additionally, Bob was VP Marketing at nLayers which was acquired by EMC and then by VMware, where he helped lead virtualization management product marketing.
